Agreement


As your Chef, I agree to deliver the above mentioned cake/ desserts in a timely and mutually agreed upon manner. Contingent on the following conditions:

1. A deposit of 50% is required to consider this an order and contract for the above described services. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before the delivery date. Any changes to this order must be made at least three weeks prior to delivery (72 for desserts). If cancelled 50% of the total cost of the cake/ dessert is non-refundable, plus and all expenses that have already been incurred.

2. If fresh flowers will be used on a cake it is the responsibility of the florist to determine flower safety and safe food practices and not the cake decorator.

3. The color’s blue and purple or any shade of these colors cannot and will not be guaranteed. These colors are very unstable and tend to fade and or bleed into surrounding colors of frosting.

4. Cake / dessert ingredients or machinery may come in contact with nuts, milk, and wheat products.

5. In the case of an unavoidable situation, such as a car accident or poor road conditions during delivery the Chef cannot be held liable for more than the cost of the above ordered cake/dessert .

6. The Customer shall provide clear driving directions to the desired delivery location and inform the Chef of any adverse road hazards and or obstacles that may damage the finished cake.

For tiered cakes, they generally start at $4.00 per serving for 2 tiers and the price increases per tier (by $.25 per tier, so a 4 tiered cake would be a minimum $4.25 per serving) and for difficulty/design.

Cupcakes start at $20/dozen

Minicakes/ Desserts start at $5 each (smaller dessert $ 2 each)

Homemade pies start at $13 each

Additional Fees:

I charge $15-25 extra on total price for 3-D sculptured toppers and sugar flowers or other intricate details

I charge $4.50 per serving and up for sculptured/carved/3-D cakes

Delivery beyond 10 miles from my home starts at $75
